Yin Yoga Teacher Training IN FRANCE!

Join me for an all-inclusive retreat & training in the pastoral beauty of southern France.

Travel Insurance (mandatory - usually no more than a couple hundred dollars)

We’ll begin each day with a yin practice, followed by a farm to table brunch. After eating we will continue our yoga studies with 2 more hours of all things Yin. You’ll learn history, philosophy, anatomy, poses & variations, sequencing and so much more! It’s a thorough training that will leave you confident in your ability to lead a smart yin class, but you can also join us if you simply wish to deepen your understanding of this beautiful modality. 

Afternoons are for swimming, hiking, sauna, reading in hammocks and basking in the beauty of the French countryside. On one of our days we’ll visit a nearby medieval village for sightseeing, and we’ll meet each evening for a lovely sunset al fresco dinner complete with wine pairings. 

The rooms are double occupancy so you can either come with a friend or choose to be matched with a great roommate. All rooms have two beds, a large bathroom and are furnished in traditional French chic style.
